Visiting Farnham Castle

Guided tours of the Bishop's Palace take place every Wednesday afternoon, 2-4pm. Tours cost £5 for adults. Free to students and anyone under 18 years of age. You don't need to book. Just turn up. Come and see us and find out more about the exceptional and largely hidden history of Farnham's Norman Castle.

The Exhibition Room is also open each Wednesday afternoon, free of charge to visitors. Unfortunately, entrance to the Keep is currently closed because of falling masonry and safety concerns. It is unlikely to reopen until 2026.

Before travelling it is advisable to check this website for accessibility, contact us by email: farnhamcastle1138@gmail.com

Or, use the form below before travelling as opening days and tours can occasionally vary, and admission may be weather related.
